Quesnel residents considering a secondary dwelling or carriage home on their property are being invited to provide feedback on a new City plan.
City staff are currently working with a designer to bring create 5 ready-to-use, energy efficient, carriage houses.
Also known as accessory dwelling units, the ready-to-use housing units would reduce costs and expedite the permitting process for homeowners.
But, in order to ensure the designs meet the standards and requirements of residents, a virtual meeting is being held to gather feedback.
That meeting will take place on May 30th from 6:00 to 7:30 in the evening, with registration required.
