HOLYOKE — The Property Preservation Group continues to tackle blighted properties in the city. Building Commissioner Damien Cote updated the City Council’s Development and Governmental Relations Committee.
Councilor At-large Tessa Murphy-Romboletti chaired Wednesday’s session.
“The general feeling in the city is we’re never doing enough, we’re never doing anything,” Cote said. He gave the example of complaints about illegal dumping on a parcel with only a foundation remaining.
